Garage recommendation for E36 (Utrecht but will travel)

I have a UK spec E36 328 that is due for its APK. Last year I simply had the bare minimum done at the local garage to get it on the road, however this year I'd like to finally fix a lot of the niggling issues so I'm looking for a BMW specialist.

Up until yesterday I was set to take it to Schmeidman but have learnt they've now closed.

In terms of the work required, the shortlist includes:
- APK
- Full service
- Coilover adjustment (and alignment if necessary)
- Front undertray replacement
- Rust removal (bonnet, arches, boot) & possible full respray.

I live in Utrecht but am willing to travel for the right place. So where can you guys recommend that I can be assured know BMW inside out?

Also, English speaking would be hugely beneficial. Still learning my Dutch :P
